Ingredients
1 -12 eggs
Water
Steamer basket and pot
Egg Carton
Directions
- Fill a pot with an inch of water and cover. Place on a stove over medium heat, let come to a simmer. Place eggs in a steamer basket and place basket over water and replace lid. Set timer for 13 minutes and turn the burner down to medium low.
- After 11 minutes, set a bowl with ice water ready for the eggs.
- Once timer goes off, place eggs in ice water bath and set timer for 13 minutes.
- Remove eggs from water and place in egg carton and refrigerate.
