This is a summer favorite either here in the US or traveling abroad. It is such a delicious, refreshing drink and plus just fun to drink. Look at the color, the glass and the popularity of this cocktail is amazing. Make one for your next summer gathering and enjoy.
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
1 bottle of Prosecco
12 oz Aperol
Sparkling water, Pellagrino
6 thin slices of an orange or blood orange
Directions
- For each drink, fill a tumbler 3 quarters full of ice. Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco and add a 2 oz splash of Aperol and a splash of Pellagrino, add an orange slice and serve.
