minutesWe love burgers in this house. We eat buffalo, turkey and beef burgers. We occasionally pick up salmon burgers at a high end grocery store an hour away. These are delicious and filling but so healthy. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do.
Ingredients
1 1/2-2 lbs ground turkey
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried greek oregano
1/3 cup green olives, chopped
3 oz feta cheese

Pinch of coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Pinch of Aleppo pepper, optional
Brioche Buns, Hummus and roasted red peppers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and gently mix together.
- Make burgers with your hands and place on a cool plate. You should end up with 4-6 patties depending on the people you are serving.
- Place the burgers on a rimmed cookie sheet lined with both foil then parchment and roast for 10-18 minutes, until the internal temperature is 165.
- Serve on a warmed bun with roasted red peppers and a dollop of hummus or dijon mustard.
