hoursLove Pimm’s Cup! I have spent a lot of time in England. I spent a year studying there as well as an internship with the BBC. An old friend came to visit and made us Pimm’s Cups. He said the secret to a good Pimm’s Cup is the marinating of the cucumbers and strawberries in a good gin in the refrigerator overnight. Another must is a tall glass pitcher and lots of ice. This cocktail is refreshing, balanced and a favorite. I am not a fan of sweet cocktails or drinks and this is the perfect summer cocktail.

1 package fresh mint
1-2 English Cucumbers, cut into thin spears
1 package strawberries, stemmed and quartered
