Asparagus Tomato SaladCourse: DinnerCuisine: AmericanDifficulty: Easy
This salad is a staple at most of our BBQ’s. It has 3 favorite vegetables: asparagus, tomatoes, and avocados. It tastes like summer. It goes perfectly with grilled trip tip, burgers, chicken or/and lamb. If you don’t care for the Gorgonzola, you can add goat cheese or something you prefer.
