These burgers have been a family recipe for for over 80 years. They are moist and delicious. They do best grilled to medium rare and served on a brioche bun. These are a fan favorite of family and friends. I even won a Best Burger contest with these burgers. They are moist, delicious and so great alone or with cheese like my kids like or protein style with no bun. They can be done in the oven or on the stove with a grill pan but best to grill. Enjoy this well loved family recipe.
2 LB ground beef
4 Tablespoons salted butter
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
3-4 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley
salt and fresh ground pepper
Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, avocado, or sautéed mushrooms
ketchup, dijon mustard, and or Mayo
- Mix all ingredients gently and form into patties. Depending on size of patties, you will have anywhere from 8 to 10.
- Grill burgers until medium rare.
- Serve on warm buns with lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado and all the condiments you enjoy
