Oven Grilled Bison Burgers

minutesYou can never go wrong with Bison meat. The meat is healthy and very high in iron. It is one of the best meat’s women can eat. These burgers are easy, cook fast and very moist.
Ingredients
1 lb ground bison meat
Salt and fresh ground pepper.
3 Tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
Parsley, 1 bunch, chopped
2 teaspoons bbq spice of choice, not sweet
Directions
- Place the bison meat in a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix and form into 4 patties. Place patties in a dish and refrigerate for a couple hours.
- When ready to cook, Preheat oven to 425 with GRILL PAN IN OVEN SO IT HEATS UP WITH OVEN. Once hot, spray the pan with Pam. Add the burgers, shut the oven and allow to cook, 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from oven serve on a bun with all the burger fixings you like.
