Tin Fish Dinner

minutesThis is a favorite meal when it is hot outside and we don’t want to cook. We love tin fish and there are so many varieties. For 2-4 people, I usually serve 2-3 tins of different fish with a nice mixed greens salad, some fresh grapes and sliced apple. I also serve with fresh cut breads or some crackers. You can serve what you would like. I also love to serve different cheese with different textures, a Manchego cheese which is hard and then a softer cheese such as a Brie or Goat cheese. I always serve it with a French bottle of champagne or an Italian Rose. You can even serve with a Spanish Albarino.
